Outer Banks Fishing Reports

We had a bunch of hard working fellows from Suffolk, VA with us today. Well, we had half of them. The other half were on the Wave Runner, with Capt. Brian White and first mate Chuck. According to the guys on the Hoo Dini, the guys on the other boat couldn’t catch a cold. In that case, the Wave Runner crew sure knows how to make some sorry fishermen look good. Both boats had lots of dolphin, and each had a few tuna.

The showdown on the docks was dramatic. With each fish hitting the dock, the opposing mate would pull a little bigger fish from his own box. Nick & Chuck watched too many bass tournaments on ESPN this winter. In the end, it was a nail biter. It was just too close to call. The scales would have to decide.

Thanks fellows. We have really enjoyed this yearly competition for the past 3 years, and look forward to many more years to come.

Oh, by the way Hoo Dini got ‘em by a hair this year.
