We had a wonderful day with some new friends today. We had tuna, nice gaffers, a mako, and some tiles. The ocean was really alive today. Thanks folks, it was great getting to know you. We hope to see you again real soon.

Sorry folks. We have been real slack in posting photos. This is from a few weeks ago. These fellows were a lot of fun. They caught some real nice tuna and a pile of nice tilefish. Thanks folks, come back to see us.

What a great day. We had an extended family join us today. We caught a limit of tilefish before setting out for something bigger. We had a special visitor, a big old sailfish. Thanks folks. It was a pleasure getting to know y’all.

BIG Blue Marlin

Capt. Kirk just called in. They had a tussle with a big girl this morning. They estimate her to be about 600 pounds. What a fish. After 3 hours on the line, our angler brought her to the boat on a Shimano Tiagra 50W. She spooled 3 times, but persistence paid off, with a clean healthy release. Thanks to our party for the photos.

Great OBX Tuna & Dolphin Fishing

A great group was along for some outstanding fishing today. The tuna were big, the dolphin were thick, and the people were super. After some great tuna fishing wore these fellows down, we took a little ride to find some dolphin, and they were there in spades. Thanks fellows. We really enjoyed spending the day with y’all. Don’t wait until the freezer is empty to come back.

Another great groupÂ joined us for some hard fighting action today. The tuna fishing may be slowing some, but tuna aren’t the only hard fighters out there. Jacks sure know how to bend a rod, and the tiles will make for some fine eating. Come see us.
